Super Smoothie is a service that delivers fresh, pre-portioned ingredients needed to make five healthy superfood smoothies weekly. We aim to give you a fun, convenient, and delicious way to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

  1. What’s in a Super Smoothie Box?

In each Super Smoothie box, you’ll find pre-portioned fruits, vegetables and superfoods like chia seeds, cacao powder, oats and more, together with five fun and delicious smoothie recipes for you to follow at home. We prepared a wide variety of smoothie recipes with the help of our nutritionist which make them healthy and nutritious as well. However, we’re keeping the recipes a secret to spark your curiosity and excitement every week!

  1. Is Super Smoothie vegan and gluten-free?

All Super Smoothie recipes are vegan, which means they don’t contain eggs, dairy or honey. Most of the recipes are gluten-free except the ones with oats. 

  1. Are the ingredients organic?

Most, but not all, our ingredients are organic. We partner with local farmers to make sure we give you the best that you deserve. In the unlikely event that we are unable to source an organic ingredient, we look for alternative ingredients available in our local markets instead.

  1. Can I choose what goes in my box?

Sadly, we cannot accommodate any customization requests as of the moment. Don’t worry, we assure you that so much thought and effort was put into crafting the recipes so that you will certainly enjoy them. And of course, they are healthy and delicious at the same time!

  1. How long will ingredients last?

The ingredients in your Super Smoothie box are intended to last for a week if you store them in the refrigerator. If you want the ingredients to last longer, we suggest that you wash, chop and freeze them in air-tight bags or containers. Besides, frozen fruits and vegetables are as nutritious as fresh and they will even make your smoothie creamier!

  1. How do I make a smoothie?

As soon as you get your box, you can already start washing and chopping the ingredients. Once chopped, you can store them in air-tight bags for freezing. This will make blending a breeze!

To get the perfect blend, we suggest that you pour in the liquid first, then put the vegetables, fruits and boosters. Don’t worry, we’ll include a cheat sheet in your box!

  1. Can a smoothie be a meal replacement?

Yes, absolutely, it can replace your usual breakfast or midday snack. We made sure that the recipes we created are enough to keep you fuller for longer. Plus, they are nutrient-packed so that it will be easy for you to power through the day.


  1. Do I have to make an account to order?

No need to create an account! Just visit www.supersmoothie.ph, choose the subscription plan that fits your needs, and you’re all set!

  1. How do I order a Super Smoothie box?

Ordering a Super Smoothie box is fast and easy! You go on our website, choose from our weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans, then fill in the necessary details for payment and shipping, and you’re good to go. After ordering, we’ll send you an email within 24 hours confirming your Super Smoothie subscription.

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept bank deposit for now!

  1. Do you have a cut-off for ordering?

Yes! If you want your box to be delivered the following week, you must place your order by Wednesday noon. If you order later than that, you would have to wait another week for your box. So make sure to order in advance!

  1. How can I pause my subscription?

You can pause your subscription, but we can no longer refund your payment. Just email us the date you wish to continue with your subscription, so we can schedule your delivery and include your box in the next shipment.

  1. How can I cancel my subscription?

You can only cancel your subscription by texting us or sending us an email within 12 hours after we have confirmed your subscription. Any cancellation request made beyond the 12 hours will no longer be accepted. We hope you understand! We are dealing with perishable items, and we don’t want anything to go to waste.


  1. Do you deliver anywhere in the Philippines?

Unfortunately, we only deliver within Metro Manila but we hope to expand our service in the future.

  1. When will my Super Smoothie box arrive?

You will receive your Super Smoothie box every Sunday, so you can already start blending the next day. You’re definitely off to a good and healthy start for the week!

  1. How much is delivery fee?

Delivery is free! It’s already included in your subscription.

  1. Do I have to be there when my Super Smoothie box arrives?

We do not require you to be present when your box arrives, but we highly encourage you to ask someone to secure the box for you. We’ve also put an ice pack inside to keep the ingredients fresh for up to eight hours.

  1. What if my box has a missing or damaged ingredient?

If your box has a missing or damaged ingredient, please contact us at 0917-8936977 or email us at supersmoothieph@gmail.com, so we can get on it right away! It will also be best if you can send us a photo to help us better assess the issue.
